KENTUCKY INFLUENCER, KENTUCKY PHOTOGRAPHER, KY FOOD BLOGGER, KY INFLUENCER, PODCASTER, REAL ESTATE, SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER, WRITER

Meet Rosa Hart!

Hi, my name is Rosa. I’m a wife, mom, nurse, and local influencer. I started a podcast thinking I would be reviewing restaurants but in meeting the business owners my focus shifted to sharing their stories. I’m on a mission to delight in life and really live after working at the bedside in ICU for years and being with people in their last moments. I don’t want to have any regrets.

Q: How long have you lived & worked in Louisville?

Since 2010

Q: What led you to your current career and why do you love it?

Nursing – wanted to learn about the human body and fell in love with caregiving. I stepped into being a local influencer as a hobby.

Q: What would you like for people to know about your job/business?

I am an enthusiast, not a critic.

Q: What or who has been your biggest inspiration?

My friend that started the podcast review with me taught me so much about food, drinks as well as being adventurous and making my own happiness a priority. That is something a lot of caregivers struggle to do. So I’m thankful had someone to push me in that direction.

Q: What is your favorite restaurant in Louisville and what is your go-to item on the menu?

That’s way too broad a question – in Louisville I’ve been to over 350 restaurants in the last 3 years. But my favorite lunch spot is The Raven Irish Pub, and I keep going back to Sarino for the Eggplant Parmigana and Pomodoro Pasta!

Q: If you could travel to anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

Bora Bora, Tahiti

Q: What is your favorite thing about Louisville?

The people

Q: Where do you take friends and family from out of town when they visit?

Usually, somewhere I’ve been and had a good experience. This last time I took my parents to Zeggz which is locally owned and looking to expand.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?

Reviewing hotels would be nice…I Iove my job so if everything stays the same I’d still want to be the working with the Norton Neuroscience Institute. I’d love to still be podcasting and exploring- maybe broaden the range from just the Louisville area.

Q: If you could have lunch with any living person, who would it be?

ZDoggMD – I’ve listened to his podcast for years and it has meant a lot to me to have that uplifting, honest voice in healthcare.

Q: Where can we find you on your day off?

Distillery tours with my girls from the Louisville Women Connect Facebook Group

Q: What is something on your bucket list?

I’d like to renovate a historic mansion and design and decorate it.

Q: What is something that most people don’t know about you?

My first degree is in singing. In the last year I’ve been able to connect more with other musicians and we started a Dickens Caroling group

Q: What is a topic you wish you knew more about?

Travel Hacking

Q: What is your favorite movie or TV show & what are you currently binge-watching?

The Extraordinary Attorney Woo and Ted Lasso

Q: What do you feel is an essential part of your daily or weekly routine that contributes to your overall well-being?

Exercising before work.

Q: Who is your go-to band or artist when you can’t decide on something to listen to?
